What is Royal Jelly?
Royal Jelly is a thick, milky food made from pollen and honey, collected and chewed by young worker honeybees, secreted from their pharyngeal glands for feeding queen bee. Research studies show that Royal Jelly contains essential vitamins, vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, B12, D, E, folic acid, nicotinamide, pantothenic acid, Minerals and 17 amino acids. Royal Jelly contains acetyl choline, enzymes, 10-Hydroxy-Decenoic Acid (HDA) which was found by Dr. Butanandt of Germany.

The nutritional significance of Royal Jelly is the fact that anatomical and functional differentiation of the female larvae is totally dependent upon the nature of their diet in their early development stage.
