- UB bio Ltd. is a New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) certified exporter (ID: NDHL1) and Packing House (ID: PH220), operating under Risk Management Programmes (RMP) based on the application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).

- UB bio Ltd. has a quality system in its place to ensure that all our products are manufactured to very high standards. Staff are trained in the use of HACCP systems. All our products are sourced from licensed premises, and a rigorous UB bio Ltd. quality system ensures the quality of the products throughout the supply chain from suppliers to customers. An RMP is a documented program designed to identify and control hazards and other risk factors associated with the production and processing of certain animal materials and animal products to ensure that the resulting animal product is fit for its intended purpose.

- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) was originally developed by NASA as a systematic, preventative, science-based food safety control system. The HACCP system is internationally recognised as the most effective method for assuring food safety and is widely employed in countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and others. UB bio Ltd.’s Risk Management Programme undergoes external verification by the NZFSA to ensure strict adherence to all procedures, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards in strict compliance  with set guidelines from the NZFSA and statutory authorities.
- All products manufactured by UB Bio Ltd. are tested by independent accredited laboratories prior to release to ensure that our standards are maintained. UB Bio Ltd. is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in strict compliance with set guidelines from MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries) and other statutory authorities.

- All food and dietary supplements intended for human consumption are inspected and audited by MPI (Ministry for Primary Industries). MFDS ( Ministry of Food and Drug Safety). New Zealand is renowned for its stringent food safety regulations.

- All premises undergo assessment and grading based on MPI audit criteria, and the frequency of audits is determined. Performance levels range from Level 1 (indicating the lowest performance, with audits for every production) to Level 5 (indicating the highest performance, with audits conducted every 3 months). UB bio Ltd. proudly holds a Level 5 performance rating, which enables the implementation of an independent quality assurance and audit system based on consistent and integrated performance over specific periods. Manufacturers at this level receive unique identifiers such as PH220/01 issued by the MPI, which cannot be plagiarised.
